Amsterdam to Host the First Metaverse Festival ‘MET AMS’ in June

In June, the Netherlands' largest city will host "MET AMS," a massive metaverse event. MET AMS will include conversations on the larger cultural implications of Web3 in addition to studying the technology around NFTs and the metaverse.

The MET AMS will take held at Amsterdam's Gashouder from June 14th to 17th. Although the MET AMS hasn't provided a precise agenda, it claims that participants will have dozens of opportunities to try virtual and augmented reality experiences, including a "digital art route." There will also be a number of IRL meetings with Web3 executives.

Over 100 companies and individuals have signed up to attend, according to MET AMS. HAPE, Woodies, and CyberKongz are just a few of the trendiest NFT projects that will be on display at MET AMS. The Sandbox also announced that it will attend Amsterdam's first metaverse conference and that Ledger, a crypto wallet provider, will be an official MET AMS partner.

Those interested in attending MET AMS can now purchase e-tickets through the festival's official website, met-ams.xyz. MET AMS passes were available in two varieties: "Legendary" and "Regular."

VIP privileges include an exclusive NFT, a private dinner, and special networking chances for those in the "Legendary" category. Those who purchase a "Regular" ticket will be able to attend all of the major conferences, as well as the opening and closing parties and a variety of metaverse activities.

MET AMS tickets are currently available for €249.00 for "Regular" and €849.00 for "Legendary." A maximum of eight MET AMS tickets can be purchased per individual.
