The Hunt, the first marketplace to mix augmented reality, computer vision, blockchain technology and real-life products, lately announced its public launch.

The launch kicked off with a limited-edition drop from LA-based artist Rannel Ngumuya, who selected a collection of NFTs and wearable collectibles centered around his brand, Bungalo Boy. The platform is also debuting a mobile app(available on iOS and Android) in January 2022, which will enable users to import, display, and wear NFTs in AR – anytime and anywhere.

The launch of the app will be a significant juncture in The Hunt’s majestic mission to bridge the gap between digital assets and physical properties. The Hunt aims to do this through offering customers the opportunity to interact with NFTs within immersive experiences that extract more emotional connection with products because of the use of several technologies that are unseen in other competing platforms.

In the future year, The Hunt will continue to produce new AR experiences and further develop its cutting-edge conjunction of digital and physical storytelling through NFT wearables, gaming, mobile, and decentralized apps. It’ll also work to secure partnerships with more creative and innovative artists, brands, celebrities, and AR display companies.
