Axie Releasing is Now Live

Axie releasing, an essential part of Axie Infinity development and a key factor in the ecosystem, has finally arrived.

Axie Infinity has just announced a strategic feature to be implemented in the game that was long awaited by the community and everybody has been looking for since 2018.

As the Axie Infinity universe expands, Axie releasing has always been a key part of the game's long-term strategy. This is an important feature of Axie that will develop and be completely implemented over time. Thus, it is a preliminary experiment to test the release feature, collect statistics, and have some fun.

The event will run from January 20 to February 20, where gamers and Axie owners will be able to release their Axies to live independently in Lunacia’s world in exchange for exclusive presents and land gifts. Axie team reported that there are 5 items that players might receive including Traditional Snack Box, Blossom Tree, Lucky Lantern, and Crimson Tiger, each comes with different rarity. Meaning, each Axie released will guarantee one of the mentioned items.
