Head of Instagram Adam Mosseri Singals to NFT Integration

Social media giga-platform, Instagram, has continued to show interest the NFT world.The latest taste coming from the platform’s oligarch himself.

In order to make Instagram more accessible to the NFT world, it’s findng ways to integrate NFTs into its platform. A company, which is perfectly set to adopt this revolutionary new technology.

During an AMA (ask me anything) session, users asked Head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, on the prospect of NFTs within the Instagram platform, to which he answered by revealing that they were exploring the possibility of making NFTs accessible to a broader audience, stating that NFTs are “an interesting place that we can play, and also a way to, hopefully, help creators.”

The platform has a user base of over 2 billion unique accounts, processing a massive amount of digital content, almost all of which is NFT compatible.Users speculate that Instagram sees NFTs as an additional method for influencers to monetize their content. In addition, Instagram falls under the Meta canopy of enterprises. As a result, it is only a matter of time that Instagram will take part in its well documented “metaverse” plans.
