Las Vegas Motors Speedway Debuts its NFT series
Speedway Motorsports will release its first 2022 NFT collection during race week for the Pennzoil 44 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway on Monday.
The "Stadium Series," a collection of 5,000 animated LVMS stadium series NFTs priced at $5 each, is included in the first drop. The collection contains 500 rare gold NFTs and is available on RaceDayNFT.com, Speedway Motorsports' digital collectible marketplace. In addition, 2,500 Virtual Diecast NFTs will be released on Thursday, March 3, and will be available for $30 each.
The Pennzoil 400 race will be held on March 6th, and ticket holders will be able to claim one of 5,000 free commemorative NFTs for attending. Those who are unable to attend may purchase an NFT for $10. The 500 rare golden tickets will be distributed to lucky buyers of the NFTs.
Finally, the Motorsports' NFT drops will benefit local charities as well. RaceDayNFT.com will have 1,000 SCC track tokens available for donation, with all proceeds benefiting Nevada children's organizations.
Aside from these exciting and affordable NFT releases, RaceDayNFT.com also features additional digital collections. These collectibles can be traded, purchased, and sold on their NFT marketplace, allowing collectors and investors to have full control and ownership over their assets.
Speedway Motorsports collaborated with GigLabs to build their NFT marketplace on the environmentally friendly blockchain FLOW. This blockchain also hosts NFT projects from major sports leagues such as the NBA's Top Shot, NFL ALL DAY, and UFC Strike.
